Recruitment : Advising managers and HR about profiles and job description, Supporting recruitment (permanent contracts and VIE) , Conducting interviews (Papi personality questionnaire and structured interviews). HR projects : Being responsible for aptitude and cognitive tests and implementing new ones, Coordinating new HRIS recruitment and creating HR process, Training new users to HRIS system and to aptitude tests, Coordinating change management and conducting key users community.
