• Assisting in daily milking routines and herd care on a large-scale dairy farm (≈ 1,200 cows). • Working with automated milking and barn management systems (DeLaval & Lely). • Supporting udder health and hygiene routines and learning feeding coordination. • Gaining hands-on experience in modern dairy management and precision livestock technologies

Conducted a research project on starch degradation in sorghum varieties using Daisy Ankom Incubator Technology and the Hohenheim Gas Test (HGT). Responsible for experimental design, sample preparation, in vitro incubations, and data interpretation. The project contributed to my Master’s thesis at Kiel University and was carried out in collaboration with Irene Schaumann Stiftung (ISF).

Finalizing Shift Reports and submitting it to the Production Manager. Reporting Monthly Reports (Inventory Status) to the Production Manager. Coordinating with the Maintenance Department to fix any Problem-related to the equipment. Meeting Daily Schedules –the number of products to be packed. Following and implementing all quality and food safety procedures (hold & release, traceability, document control, etc.) Responsible for SAP (Production Inventory-PRs-Create BOM).

The study program imparts the most current scientific knowledge in dairy production, including economics, breeding, feed, nutrition and biochemistry, animal welfare and health, milking technology, eco-efficiency, processing and quality of dairy products. Students will strengthen their competences in the field of dairy science and acquire skills in analytical understanding of the entire dairy production process chain.
