My role involved comprehensive management of unified communications infrastructure for a large enterprise, encompassing Cisco Voice, Unified Communications, and WebEx platforms. I configured, troubleshot, and maintained systems including Cisco Prime CCE, performed vital upgrades, and optimized configurations for peak performance and health. I integrated WebEx with Active Directory and Exchange, ensured High Availability/Disaster Recovery, and managed call recording/billing systems.

Managed and supported complex Cisco Unified Communications environments, specializing in configuring and troubleshooting UCM, CUC (Call Handlers, Voicemail), IM & Presence (Jabber), Meeting Server (2.X), and Expressway (B2B/MRA). My expertise extended to UCCX, MCUs, TMS/TMSXE, and configuring SIP Trunks/Gateways. I also handled Cisco DMM operations, implemented FaxFinder v.34, and installed Informacast Paging.

Provided L1/L2 support for IT infrastructure. Designed and planned LAN/WAN for new sites. Configured/troubleshot Panasonic Telephony (HQ) and managed Cisco Voice Network/Public Telephony (branches). Performed periodic health checks (LAN, Wireless, Phone Systems). Developed SOPs and documentation for systems and end-users, created periodic IT reports, and conducted new technology POCs to assess quality. Resolved issues adhering to defined SLAs, ensuring maximum service quality and user experience.
