Assigned with Performance Related Queries and Reporting of IOT "Internet of Things" Projects Such as NB-IOT Smart Meter Saudi Electricity Company APN and Machine to Machine M2M APNs Communications from Packet Core Side (USN & UGWs).

Network Performance Monitoring & Analyzing Reporting in Ericsson PS Core (SGSN-MME, GGSN-EPG, SAPC), IN Core (CCN, SDP, VS, AIR, IVR) & CS Core (CUDB, HLR/HSSFEs, MSC/MGW, STP/DRAs).Drive Network performance improvement through End-to-End KPI Analysis and enhancement recommendations.To work closely with Level 2 & 3 Teams for Network Issue/Bottleneck Detection and to carry out deep analysis to drilldown the main root cause for each issue.

Responsible for the coordination, support, and execution of 1st Level proactive and reactive network performance monitoring activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available by ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
