o Proactive Monitoring of devices logs and traffic patterns via CACTI, NPM and MRTG, identification and resolution of observed anomalies. Troubleshooting the core network issues and resolving them. o Routes advertisement & traffic planning through Network comprised of OSPF, RIP, BGP, IBGP etc. Provisioning L2 & L3 connectivity for customers through the ISP network, including multiple scenarios, like P2P, PMP, Fiber, or through Third-Party Interconnects

o Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance o Maintain the attendance online portal o Handling the IT issues i.e. is window upgradation anti-virus printer etc. o Sort the Outlook issues and Gmail (to sync email and add the old email etc.) o To maintain the inventory of laptops and printer and the accessories which are being utilized at different rig location o Whenever any laptops and printer return back to office I check thoroughly if it’s not maintained I do it fixed.
