Handling IMS (VOLTE / VOBB) & voice core nodes, Oracle DSR (DRA), Genband Nextone, Acme SBC, Net-number CRE, UMG8900, Mavenir EIR etc. Providing E2E Voice test services for Etisalat Technology Labs for VOLTE & VOBB IMS Core network including below: • eSRVCC/CSFB/MO_Anchoring/MT_Anchoring/roaming and different supplementary services testing • Develop Test Strategies / profiles using the Exfo QA-805 Core voice Tester and Sprient Land-Slide Tester.

 Providing support for GSM/NGN operators for MSoftx3000, STP SG7000, Softx3000, Session Engine SBC SE2300, SE2600 and other NEs for all Huawei Pakistan clients for issues related to • MNP functionality of NPDB • SCCP/ISUP/M3UA/M2PA traffic handling • Hardware issues related to STP SG7000 • Optimization of traffic handling and resource utilization • LSMS/NPAC/BOSS related issues  Providing support for different NGN customer throughout Pakistan for issues
