Technical role in remote support for complex optical network in Oberursel, Germany. Responsibilities include monitoring core network, ensuring stability, analyzing resources, troubleshooting, coordinating field service, hardware management, and supporting optical architecture deployment and upgrades.

My role is technical development and planning of networks, in addition I am responsible for project planning in the assigned portfolio. I plan and commission the planning of projects until they are handed over to project management for implementation. I am also involved in fundamental issues such as equipment development of engineering sites and management of existing infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems including Lab simulation Analyze network and equipment configuration problems and defects Provide on-site troubleshooting when required. Familiar with network monitoring tools and software The preparation of equipment configurations and validation of configurations for new installations, changes within the network, software upgrades, Support deployment and design of L2/L3 architecture for Service Providers/Telecom Industry.
