Responsibilities: • Installing, configuring, and maintaining network, CCTV, and ELV infrastructure and devices with compliance to security systems KPIs. • Plan and design the architecture of the network (Transmission / Bandwidth) and storage capacities due to video streaming and recordings as per system requirements. • Configuring and installing network equipment (Routers, Switches, Repeaters...) • Conduct training sessions for end users (SOC, HR Teams) on operating the new security systems.

Responsibilities: • Monitor and investigate security events and alerts, and identify whether they are justified or a false positive. • Detect suspicious network activities, or process/user behavior. • Prioritize the events according to their criticality. • Investigating, documenting, and reporting on any information security (InfoSec) issues as well as emerging trends. Achievements: • Gained practical experience with Splunk SIEM and its use cases. • Sharpen my reporting skills to handle incident response.

Responsible for: • Design, install, and configure the entire wired and wireless network infrastructure. • Troubleshooting and problem-solving all problems related to video conference meetings. • Support facilitating information sessions and skill transfer around IT. • Windows Server Administration/Active Directory, Group Policy. • Administrate and follow up on the monitoring system CCTV and IP cameras.
