Fault Management & Troubleshooting of NT-HLR nodes(C-NTDB, HFEs, @COM). First level technical support for customer queries. Performance monitoring. SS7 configuration. Participates in emergency support activities.

Leads complex & challenging care operations like SW updates, upgrades, and complex troubleshooting cases. Perform on site troubleshooting when required and determine the need for technical escalation. Perform local SW (or HW) maintenance activities such as installation & test of change deliveries. Participates in emergency support activities.

Investigate and solve subscriber’s technical related complaints through accessing and modifying subscriber profile on HLR and different checks on other DBs like SMSC and MMSC. Follow up and closure of core network complaints with other technical units and departments when needed. Receive the network situation data from all units.
