Documentation & Logistics: Maintain precise documentation and locationwise tracking (using FIFO/LIFO, MPR, MRR, etc.)

24/7 Delivery & Challan Management: Ensure 100% on-time, accurate product delivery and load-challan processing within the set lead time. Coordination & Reconciliation: Collaborate with the field sales team for demand planning and supervise regular physical-versus-ERP inventory reconciliation with the packing department. Inventory & Dealer Monitoring: Track dealer delivery status and conduct regular physical counts to minimize stock loss, maximize revenue, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
