• Overall management of Engine programs from Inception to deployment. • Reviews of Stacks (2D and 3DCS) • Review issues clarifications within team (Guiding the team) • Analyzing the results and preparing the reports for DRE and coordinating with DRE for Closure of stacks • Interaction with the DRE to validate the results • Project documentation and Planning • Load planning to ensure 100% utilization of resources with uniform loading at offshore

• Performing the 2D and 3D stack-up at the assembly and part level for powertrain. • Review of the Design proposals with the clients • Checking the Interference/clearances of the engine on the vehicle using UNIGRAPHICS NX5 • 3D and 2D Modelling of powertrain components and vehicle body

• Preparing the N2 and Vacuum Gas lines for manufacturing and preparation of manufacturing and procedure drawings for the assemblies

• Modelling and detailing of Injection moulding, Casting and sheet metal part use in the Engines. • Manufacturing considerations like parting line, Draft angle, wall thickness and weight reduction

• Product development of Fine blank components and Parking brakes • Feasibility report of product, contract review and project Schedule • Flow chart, Process Sequence, master list of parts • Product specification, Test matrix and control plan • Prepare documents to meet TS 16949 and QC 9000 requirements at each levels during the development of the component (including APQP and PPAP) • Design of tools Gauges and Jigs & Fixtures using AutoCAD
