Murat Balkose

I have extensive experience on Lean Production, Lean Philosophy, Supply Chain & Logistics Operations. Starting my career at Toyota at Production Control Department, I had chance to understand and work on continuous improvement of whole processes of the company during model change preparations. Toyota’s Production Control Department is responsible for “production planning”, “material planning” and “logistics” activities. I have successfully completed launch of 50 major and minor new vehicle model projects. As part of my operational role, I have been highly involved to information system projects as “project manager” and “stakeholder”. Some of the Information system projects I have worked are: MRP (E-Kanban), S&OP, EDI, Production Planning, Forecast System, WMS, TMS and Business Intelligence (BI). I am fond of “database management” and always use “data” for correct decision taking and driving to success.
