-Define and lead actions connected with inventory reductions with my components families. -Measuring the Supplier Service Rate – SSR - for each supplier. -Planing the raw materials and components requirement based upon Sales, Inventory and OperationsPlanning and Master -On a regular basis, communicating complete, precise & reliable information to the Supplier contacts.Adapting the chosen method of communication to the level of the Supplier contact.

Production material need planning for two plants and being responsible for whole supply chainprocesses of Renault Clio4(X98), Renault Clio5(BJA) Nissan Micra K14(B02E), Audi A1, Honda Civic,Ford Transit Connect projects. -Running MRP -Mrp interpretation and planning -Import payment scheduling -Warehouse stock movement follow-up -Project logistics -Bom check and follow-up - Material flow and milkrun planning between two plants - Warehouse staff managing - Supplier and customs invoice checking etc.

*Order data processing into system regarding the Sales Office requests and running the MRP, *To supply the right materials in time regarding the MRP results, *Executing the whole foreign trade operations(export/import), *Being responsible for Sail-boat and motor yacht transportation, *Preparing the weekly advance payment schedule for the suppliers, *Managing the spare parts operations, *Operating the local and foreign suppliers management, *Inspecting the engineering variations and having on-time actions,

Domestic & foreign customer relations, answering customer requests and orders, sub-industry planning,subcontracting firms (heating, coating, sand blasting etc.) follow-up, supplier relations, import andexport operations follow up are the works that I've been performing.
