Maintains accurate and up to date customer details and account records. Works with a minimum of supervision on collection of overdue accounts. Has regular customer contact by phone, fax and email. Uses initiative and imagination to achieve targeted results, while promoting customer goodwill. Makes adjustments, handles queries and resolves problems within company guidelines and policy. Works under direction of and reports to the Financial Team Leader.

- Secretary to the General Manager. - Perform general administrative duties & dealing with inquiries as directed by the GM. - Planning and follow up of GM's day. - Schedule meetings. - Handling phone and emails. - Handling of clients' requests and complaints. Legal: - Preparing legal documents for signature of loan agreement, erasures and valuation reports. - Signature of loan agreements, dealing with clients' requests.

-taught English Language to non-native speakers, -performance appraisal, -provide training to new teachers and -helped the marketing department with the promotion of the company. -won the first place in the company's inter-teacher's competition.
