 Business project leader of the new online banking platform aimed to allow customers to increase up to 80% of their banking transactions.  Web Project leader for the implementation of the token in the corporate online banking transactions segment.  Developed, implementation and coordination of new workflows to reduce the waiting periods up to 30%.  Management of pilot tests, coordinate visits to customers and presentation of the new online platform, and its benefits.
