Lead the projects

• Development of C&Q (commissioning & qualification) planning and documents for various projects • With respect to GDP conditions, generated and executed C&Q protocols for example RTM, RA, design qualification • Preparing IARA for process equipment- Formulation, Filler, Packaging equipment, and serialization • Maintaining the RTM • Lead writing, executing & reporting of all validation activities (VP, DQ/FAT/IQ/OQ/PQ/ARF’s/ Deviations) for PFS Filling and Packaging Equipment

• Coordinate with production teams for evaluation of bottlenecks post commissioning • Created project reports to management / suggesting Lean initiatives for production • Prior to production, pre-check list prepared and circulated to operators to ensure that production is done sequentially • Reduced production cycle time and consumption of resources resulting in a savings of$ 150k/year • Post project completion, increased total production capacity per day from 3 batches to 5 batches

• Review project plans and proposals • Single point of contact between all department managers and the Project team for related services and requests • Project planning, budget approval, developing scope of work • Completed a $ 4,000,000 construction Pharmaceutical Project • Improved Electrical cabling laying techniques, and improved safety, reduced injuries/fatalities rate • Succeeded in the trial production of Intravenous fluid injection namely NS, DNS, RL, D5W

• Involved in the manufacturing equipment portion of the design, procurement, installation and startup of an aseptic filling line that meets internal requirements as well as major worldwide regulatory standards • Responsible for design, procurement, installation, and startup of an aseptic filling line • Extensive experience in USP and DSP process • Executed FAT/ SAT/ DQ/ IQ/OQ and PQ of process/ lab equipments with attention to detail • Experience with CIP/SIP systems

• Directed technical aspects of instrument installation, start-up, troubleshooting and repair • Interpreted applicable instrumentation standards and regulations - IES, ASME and NEMA • Ensure quality welding practices for critical pipelines are followed • Installation and Commissioning of field instruments like Transmitter, Switches, Control valves • Loop checking for instrumentation related works, Erection and wiring of Control panels, field junction boxes
