Conducted thorough root cause analysis (RCA) on measurement deviations to perform targeted recalibrations. Followed strict personal gowning and operational protocols to prevent particle contamination.

Progressed from Production Operator to Work Leader for EOL and Formation processes. Managed manufacturing teams, coordinated shift activities, and monitored equipment status via MES. Analyzed AOI system data during production deviations to identify material defects or system errors. Operated automated assembly and final testing lines, including HighPot testing. Performed first-line troubleshooting to minimize downtime while ensuring strict adherence to SOP, 5S, and Lean standards.
