Lead marketing operations for 11 Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) across South Andhra Pradesh, India. My role involves developing agri-based brands from the ground up, conducting market research and crafting go-to-market strategies. Developed a groundnut oil brand named ‘Sampoorna’ and worked on launching a honey brand. I handled product development, licensing, branding and sales planning independently, empowering FPOs to become self-reliant and market-ready.
