- 3D design of electrical wire harness routing at pin level configuration for heavy engineering trucks, tractors, construction and forest engineering vehicles using PRO-E(pro-cabling) - Creating Schematics using Capital Harness Logic, generative design using Capital harness Integrator and detailed, validated harness manufacturing harness designs using Capital Harness XC

- Concept Design and Development for Airbus A350 -Implementation of Primary and Secondary design (DMU) complete -Customization of the A-350 as per Modification proposals (MOD/MP), Standard and Optional equipment -Worked for the new process of Customization of the A380 in Custo Co Re project, Implementation of Custo CoRe, DMU Clash analysis -Worked extensively on harmonizing the design process for both SIH and FIH installation

-Creation and modification of Manufacturing (L929) and Installation (L928) drawings using Catia V4 and VPM database -Creation of 2D drawings related to the Electrical Harness for WAVE 1 projects -Incorporating design changes raised through Design query notes DQN) & Technical Repercussion Sheets (TRS), Non-Conformities (NC) into Mockup -Worked on Fixed Bracket Proposal and Interface Point (IP‘s) request - Preparation of technical reports for the new proposals, queries and calculations
