Mainly responsible for supporting plants based on their current problems in ; In-line degassing systems, infusion, glass cutting machines, dust extraction systems - high vacuum systems, carbon pultrusion systems, and different kinds of equipment. Coordinating manufacturer, design, and production sides to solve problems. Present new solutions. Attending FAT and SAT activities.

Following up and supporting current reliability problems. Root cause analysis. Risk analaysis. Improving and updating current FMEAs based on failure data history . Estimating reliability of the tools and future failure rates based on failure data history and taking preventive and corrective actions.

• Managing 24 technicians (8 Mechanic, 7 Electric, 5 Tools and Equipment and 4 Facility). Preparing and implementing predictive maintenance schedule, following up critical spare part list and updating it according to the improvements. Leading machine and equipment improvements, energy efficiency, process improvement and cost reduction projects. Improving and implementing production automation processes.
