Greenfield Gigaplant | Supply Chain Design | ERP Implementation Built project logistics framework for two EV battery Gigaplant startups (UK & Canada). Designed inbound raw material supply chains from UK, EU, and ROW suppliers. Defined E2E logistics strategy, integrating ERP (SAP), WMS, Managed CAPEX/OPEX logistics budgets and supported procurement for automation/LLP. Greenfield Automotive Plant | JIT/JIS Operations | Team Leadership Launched logistics and production control functions for a new Tier 1 plant in Slovakia. Built and led a team of 37 across logistics, warehouse, and planning. Set up JIT and JIS delivery processes including physical flows and ERP integration. Served as SAP key user for logistics (MM, PP, SD); trained users and led rollouts. Implemented lean logistics standards across multiple international ZF sites. Created logistics cost models (packaging, transport) for new customer programs. Conducted logistics audits and provided on-site support in plants across Europe and Asia.
