My duties included: - maintenance of internal operational risk system and database; - compilation of files with data using SQL and Microsoft SQL Server Managements Studio; - maintenance of SAS-scripts for automated uploading of data to the database using SAS EG; - compilation of regular managerial reports on OR incidents and control indicators. While working: - developed C# and Python-scripts for automated compilation of regular managerial reports on detected OR incidents and control indicators.

My duties included: - detection, registration and processing of data on operational risk incidents (in Excel); - compilation of regular managerial reports on detected operational risk incidents (in Excel). While working: - developed and implemented logical controls of the data on OR incidents (done with VBA); - developed and implemented partially automated compilation of managerial reports (done with VBA); - developed Python-script to calculate the amount of OR according to Bank of Russia regulations.

- Мaintained a database of operational risk incidents - Мaintained a database of external operational risk incidents - Recorded and updated provisions for losses from suits and claims to be accounted for in operational risk evaluation. - Implemented and maintained risk control self-assessment (RCSA) procedure including development of questionnaires - Developed a VBA code for operational risk evaluation and report compilation.

- Acquired basic knowledge of concepts and procedures of operational risk management; - Participated in risk control self-assessment (RCSA) of outsourcing procedure.
