- Create technical procedures and ensure processes are being followed - Act as local escalation point - Drive continuous improvement for my products by sharing best technical practices and results - Provide regular reports and work load analysis to the global management - Lead initiatives that address operational issues by researching and evaluating new means to reduce impact and remove barriers to operational effectiveness - Hold skills assessments to upgrade engineers on a quarterly basis

- Execute technical pre-upgrade health checks on EMC Symmetrix, Connectrix (Brocade/Cisco switches) & Centera to ensure customer environment readiness - Upgrade the firmware of these products giving a full vision to the customer at every step of the process - Troubleshoot technical problems encountered during the upgrade process as well as maintaining awareness of code packages and associated issues - Follow correct escalation procedure and provide customers with updates
