Nadine Alexandra Schütt

As a Senior IT Consultant I work in projects across various industries (automotive, e-commerce, telecommunications) doing project management, requirements engineering and quality management. My special interest is the Atlassian tool suite, especially the implementation of processes in JIRA and Confluence to improve collaboration and transparency. I am a highly dedicated manager helping my team members regarding their professional development as well as supporting marketing, sales and recruiting.

Being the first point of contact for all queries regarding DBM's network across Europe, my tasks focused on coordinating Global account actvities in the region and providing support to all partners to ensure outstanding service quality. Hence, my job included a broad variety of responsibilities like reporting, market and company research, developing communication plans and creating sales and marketing material as well as project management and training.

After successfully completing a trainee programme in Germany and the UK, I managed the Sixt branch at Stansted Airport. I was in charge of improving customer service and quality ratings to reflect the brand message as well as increasing various revenue streams. My responsibilities included quality management as well as fleet and yield controlling.

Studying service marketing at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim, I simultaneously worked at Europcar's German HQ learning about all vital business management processes in practice.
