As a student representative for Mechatronic Engineering Program, I represented the students within my academic program year of study. My feedback is required during the Student Stakeholder sessions and the Program Committee sessions which discusses the needed and done improvements while reflecting on the efficiency of the continuously implemented changes. Adding to that, my views on some problems faced by my fellow students had contributed in a quick response by the university for solving their issues.

This was a an internship program in which I assisted in the supervision and guidance of the disassembling, transferring, erecting and commissioning of a Marini Hot Mix Asphalt Batching Plant. During this period I followed international ISO and safety standards and I participated in operating, monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting a similar asphalt plant producing asphalt for ongoing road construction projects..

My duties had mainly covered assisting in taking care and ensuring that the university’s safety regulations in all the engineering labs in the university are met, based on a schedule. Other tasks included assisting lecturers in preparing the desired labs prior to lectures, assisting other students with their projects and ensuring the proper usage of the labs and their pieces of equipment and performing regular check-up on all available components and pieces of equipment.
