Project 1 - Evaluation of the diagnostic performance of HPV E6/E7 mRNA versus oncogenic HPV DNA as a secondary triage test for VIA positive women in cervical cancer screening program. Project 2 - Gene cloning, protein purification and biophysical characterization of ABRAXAS, MERIT 40 and RAP 80 which are BRCA I (Breast Cancer susceptibility gene) associated protein for dsDNA damage repair.

Performing system validation/Clinical validation for biochemistry instrument – Dimension EXL 200 and point of care instruments manufactured by Siemens. After successful equipment Installation, conduct all in-services in conjunction with Service Engineers and follow up to check customer status with new equipment. Complete associated documentation and assure proper archiving. Provide proactive problem solving and timely follow-up of issues.
