• Leading team of 6 people for 3D tolerance analysis using 3DCS-CATIA V5 Tools. • Simulate and validate Datum strategies as per 3-2-1 principle, Tolerances on drawings, tooling equipment’s and Assembly process sequence defined in manufacturing. • Prepare in-detailed tolerance analysis report & organize review meetings with requester. • Explain all the outcomes of tolerance analysis and suggest best ideas to improve results. • Leading team in maintaining Right First-time quality & On Time delivery.

• Supported Onsite team in development of Injection molding plastic parts and Sheet metal brackets of complete seat of Light passenger vehicles (Passenger cars). • Supported in design change requirements using CATIA V5 and Unigraphics NX9. • Worked on complex Class-A surface changes on 3D models with parametric modeling. • Worked on most feasible B-surface development with plastic parts attachment features like Dog houses, Clip towers, Ribs etc. as per OEM design guidelines.
