Responsible for Installation of cable tray, cable laying, dressing, glanding and Termination

Ø Identifying resources required, select appropriate project personnel and assign individual responsibilities. Ø Implementation of project specific quality plan( ITP, FAT), &control plans. Ø Implementation of L-2 Schedule, Micro-Scheduling, Inspection Plans, SOPs, Method statements, Job Training PPT, Checklist for various construction activities, and Commissioning Schedule. Ø Responsible for Installation testing, commissioning of plant electrical system involved in electrical heat tracing

Ø Implementation of project specific quality plan( ITP, QAP). Ø Ensuring all inspection are correctly carried out and duly recorded, Identify and schedule all testing in parallel with construction work and correlate with contract closure plan. Ø Responsible for Installation testing, commissioning and handing over of Substations, Plants, E&M Work.

Ø Identifying resources required, select appropriate project personnel and assign individual responsibilities. Ø Implementation of project specific quality plan( ITP, QAP). Ø Responsible for testing, commissioning and handing over of all Substations, Plants, E&M Work. Ø site non-conformities to subcontractors for deviations in quality, analysis of NCs to find root causes for evaluation of the contractor w.r.t. quality and safety

Ø Perform and check design data and drawing,review equipment data sheets,review of vendor documents, checking of powder coating done on panels. Ø Liable for Incoming quality inspection of all the materials using in panel, and to clear the MRN. Ø Carry out testing of 33kV panel, 11kV panel, PMCC, EPCC ,ATS etc. Ø Controlling documentation/correspondence with Contractors /Licensors/Consultants & associated stakeholders

Preparing progress report for Electrical & Instrumentation Work. Responsible for all statutory compliance for electrical systems related to Electrical Inspector& CEA Inspection. All types of wiring systems including cable tray and , cable laying, conduit systems, street lighting, high mast, alarm systems. PLC, HMI & MMI, Interconnection diagram, cable schedules. Sound understanding of modern construction methodologies / techniques, project management tools, codes, various quality standards.
