HVAC design engineer involving sheet metal, FRP, machined parts and casting components design, prototype building using additive manufacturing method, selection of mechanical components. Involved in Validation of final design and supported for serial production implementation.

Performed 3D model for machined parts, FRP, Carbon fiber, injection moulding parts and manufacturing drawings with GD&T as per ASME Y14.5. Assembly design with DFM and DFMEA, Introduced 3d printing for prototyping to accelerate the process of serial implementation.
