 Leading of financial planning, budgeting and control processes for the cluster;  Work as a part of local management team on strategic plans development and implementation;  Participation in negotiations of business agreements with top customers, business and financial modelling;  Control over timely closing, reporting, provision of performance review and variance analysis;  Adaptation of MasterCard operating & pricing model to the new local regulations in 2014.

 Development of customers business agreements and provision of robust business case process;  Leading financial planning, budgeting and control processes for Russia;  Management of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, provision of performance information and variance analysis;  Ownership of country financial close process and local statutory reporting;  Development of 5-Year Russia strategic plan including market, finance and pricing modelling.

 Organization of quantitative and qualitative researches (advertising concepts testing, marketing campaign effectiveness, payment card usage & acquisition, cardholders shopping habits, card acceptance network). Key partners: AC Nielsen, Ipsos, McCann.  Business modelling of research results and internal statistics for the goal of market planning, KPIs setting and estimation of segments profitability.
