Identification and evaluation of new product ideas for STADA’s global CHC product portfolio Ownership of selected CHC pipeline projects Preparation of BCs in close cooperation with global and local stakeholders Responsible for categories regarding new project evaluations as well as future trends, gap analysis, etc. Responsible as key contact person for portfolio related topics, supporting the portfolio development Strategic and risk assessment of pipeline products and pipeline reviews

-Identifying M&A targets (brands and companies) in key markets -Scouting for in-licensing opportunities for CHC brands and conducting early scientific assessment and recommendation process within the department as well as the interface with Marketing and Portfolio Management -Building and managing relationships with third parties (out-licensing companies, investment banks, CMOs, suppliers) -Negotiating in-licensing agreements with third parties -Managing projects leading to the growth of the CHC pipeline

-Leading and managing the MatchMaking/licensing Platform, identifying new clients, in- and out-licensing opportunities and innovative solutions, business opportunities in the area of natural health products for consumer healthcare incl. OTC, THMP, medical devices, and food supplements. - Scouting innovation in natural health products; creating new product concepts for food supplements and/or medical devices; providing regulatory advice and bringing them in line with scientific standards;

-Performing market exploration, tracking trends and finding new ideas that may give rise to a new product development opportunity or patentable technologies -Conducting an early scientific assessment of opportunities and recommendation process within the department as well as the interface with Marketing and B&D. -Inter­acting with pro­ject teams and ex­ter­nal par­ties -Managing relationships with KOLs -Providing technical/scientific support or advice to project teams

-Leading scientific and technical due diligence until handover to R&D. Coordinating legal and corporate due diligence. -Conducting scientific evaluation and recommendation process of opportunities to in-license or acquire assets toward the goal of product development -Performing market exploration, tracking trends and finding new ideas that may give raise to a new product development opportunity -Performing search for innovative and patentable scientific and technical developments.
