Sales Consultant at a travel agency in Brisbane City dealing with people from various cultural backgrounds thus demanding for specifically tailored services. Weekly and monthly targets needed to be accomplished in order to be kept by the company.

Part-time work during my Bachelor Degree as assistant to the project manager. The work consisted of diverse tasks ranging from basic administrative tasks to more specific tasks related to the project, which consisted of but were not limited to: • Project assistance of “Educational Diversity Project” • Design website (CMS) • Organisation of events • Interviewing of survey participants • Transcription of interviews • Evaluation of interviews • Implementation of testing for new internet platform

In the course of my Bachelor Degree I was encouraged to undertake an internship in a foreign environment. Polyglot Group offered me the opportunity to get a better understanding of the dimensions and influences in recruitment while simultaneously assuming the tasks of a receptionist.

The degree offered a large variety of topics with a constant focus to the English and French language and culture. Topics ranging from business, economics, law, business communication, cultural background of various English and French speaking countries as well as translation and interpretation.
