Head of Technology for Tempo, an Adecco-backed HR tech platform, responsible for the entire product development process, reporting directly to the company founders and managing a team of developers and designers.

Tech Lead of a Frontend for the tray.io application, delivering the organisation, team and workspace management UI. Managing multiple developers as well as being the main interface for discussions with product and design teams.

Frontend Tech Lead on a global project utilising React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Apollo and Material UI. Managing a team of 8 developers across 2 scrum teams, and providing technical guidance to backend, develops and product resources. Regularly interacted with the client and internal stakeholders, communicating project status and highlighting risks and issues. Consistently commended for my ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy to understand recommendations.

Key member of the management team for a global SAFe agile implementation project comprised of 200 staff members across 3 continents. Regularly interacted with C-level clients, communicating project progress, forecasts and blockers, as well as being the key global troubleshooter for the Atlassian Jira platform. Simultaneously undertook tech lead role in the development of a new client offering project, defining the architecture, managing a team of developers working with NodeJS, React and Python.
