Manage and assist in daily store incoming and outgoing records of consumable material, spare parts, tools and equipment. Maintain the issuance records of CM & PM work orders with Oracle system. Preparing Record of faulty or damage spare parts, Tools and Equipment. Manage the Records of listed item Code and Cost Codes labeling, binning Ensures clean and safe store environment to protect the store.

To organize and deliver managerial trainings for project staff members. To organize and deliver community trainings for community members. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Nurture a positive working environment.

To maintain Stock Register. Responsible for marinating discipline among the administrative staff working under him. To maintain attendance Register. To maintain bank book. Keep record of outgoing and incoming mails and also collecting of telephone and electricity bills. Coaching of support staff to carry out their routine work.
