Led statewide implementation of the Poshan Tracker in Assam, managing 35 district coordinators and overseeing monitoring, training, and supervision. Trained officials and 60,000 Anganwadi Workers across the North-East. Supported government initiatives to improve nutrition services, provided real-time progress reporting, collaborated on policy enhancements, and contributed to fund allocation and annual program planning.

Sole CSR representative for the North-East, leading community programs and managing a mobile health van delivering free healthcare in rural areas. Built strong stakeholder partnerships, monitored CSR projects, prepared reports, proposals, LFAs, and budgets. Trained 5,000 women in skills, supported livelihoods with handloom and livestock, secured funding for a borewell ensuring safe water, and improved school infrastructure through CSR allocations.

Conducted research and baseline surveys to assess livelihoods and identify value-chain clusters for women’s economic empowerment in tribal regions. Facilitated formation of five Farmer Producer Companies in paddy, livestock, vegetables, and milk, enabling better prices and access to schemes. Trained 9,000 women from 120 SHGs on company registration, market linkages, farming best practices, financial support, and app-based FPC monitoring.

Led and implemented the Swavlamban Project across 14 blocks in Kamrup, training 5,000+ women in entrepreneurship and livelihood skills. Formed 60 Micro Enterprise Groups and strengthened 70+ SHGs through market access, packaging, branding, and digital skills support. Promoted women-led enterprises in tailoring, pickle-making, and computer skills. Introduced a barter system for 500+ women, leading to the creation of the Miri Haat digital platform.

Managed end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer negotiations. Addressed employee grievances and ensured compliance in resolving workplace issues. Utilized MIS for workforce planning and HR data management. Led employee engagement and professional development initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and performance.
