Responsible for overseeing the development of a product ? Responsible for the manufacturing cost setup for customer ? Responsible for defining the requirements of the product ? Responsible for defining the CAPEX requirement ? To make sure that quality is kept at a high level throughout the development process

Monitoring and control of the manufacturing environment ? Designation and monitoring of storage conditions for materials and products ? Monitoring of compliance with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice ? Participation in management reviews of process performance, product quality and of the quality management system and advocating continual improvement

Establish the quality management system and procedures ? Plan and conduct internal quality audits ? Take appropriate corrective actions on identified problems ? Continuous process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) ? Periodic evaluations of suppliers' performances Reports directly to the Director of Quality. Works in conjunction with Procurement, Production, and any other department that has an effect on the quality of the organization products.
