My Role is associated with all the prime activities of IT Service Management like ITIL Framework Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Knowledge Management. I was also invlolved in Implementation of Six Sigma, Data Analysis and Client Relationship Management,. Preparing various Weekly,Monthly and Quarterly Reports, presenting these reports to customer. Conducted various training sessions on different areas of ITSM.
I worked as Service Desk Analyst and also provide Level 1 Support. Creating and managing user accounts in the Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES), distribution lists in Active Directories, user accounts and distribution lists in messaging 2010. Managing Incident queue and generating reports related to it. Conducting training sessions for project related to efficient Incident Management.
