Member of the Executive Leadership team. As acting CTO with development budget responsibility, I conceived and oversaw the development and go-live of the new SaaS based sustainability platform. With consumer-grade user experience co-designed with Fjord (Accenture), thinkstep.one brought together our corporate and product sustainability assets on top of a modern multi-tenant cloud infrastructure. Implemented agile-at-scale within the development organization for efficiency and collaboration.

Global responsibility for product, delivery and customer satisfaction for the Corporate Sustainability unit. Realized a 10x growth in 4 years with a 5x increase in average deal size through a compelling vision, a fantastic product and a strong multidisciplinary team to execute. Reduced service delivery (system implementation) times for customers by 80%. Achieved a net promoter (NPS) score of 85% which corresponds to an 80% CAGR in upsell revenue over 4 years.

Re-worked the value proposition and positioning of our existing CS product, and with the addition of some key strategic functionality, personally sold our largest deal (at the time). Enabled sales to repeat that success increasing revenue by 60% in the first year. Launched a highly successful next generation of the product on a shoe-string budget which increased revenue by 160% through larger deal sizes and an increased win rate. Implemented Scrum within the development team to increase efficiency.

Led 40+ Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and strategy projects in various sectors for companies including Vestas, Jaguar and Masdar City. Responsible for Sustainable Cities and delivered an 80% ROI over 3 years.

Worked primarily onsite for customers including Capgemini (Paris) and Telenor (Belgrade). Specialized in bill generation and presentation and was the first to implement the new combined BSCS/StreamServe offering for customers.

Developed data historians, control and video systems for internet operated underwater vehicles (IOVs). Deployed at multiple submarine locations around the world, the system allows researchers to remotely observe phenomena at 6000m depth.

Designed and developed an ultra-low-footprint control system UI for remotely operated underwater vehicles (ROVs). With strategic importance to port authorities, coast guard services and the oil sector, the company was sold in a multi-million euro deal.
