Solving technical/quality issues to increase capability of assembly process of brushless electric motors for powertrain cooling systems(CFM) Analyse and solve deviations found in process productivity or component quality Prepare and update process documentation (PFMEA, work standards, process parameters, operating instructions, process flow charts etc.) Transfer and implementation of new production lines and products

Managing both production and engineering teams for Image intensifiers (Vacuum Tubes) for Night Vision Applications As a Production and Engineering manager, successfully worked on implementing and getting the ISO9001:2008 quality standard certificate, issued by Serbian Military Quality Control department. Lead engineering teams in vacuum technologies, coatings, optics, fiber optics, photometry, optical devices... Mentoring doctoral students from Faculty of Mechanical engineering, University of Nis, Serbia.
