- Lead and successfully deliver 5 big and complex international projects in Europe and Adriatic’s Region – specialized for DACH, Romanian and Slovenian finance and insurance market. From the initiating until closing, projects last from 3 to 5 years with project budget up to 3 million Euro. - Project scope include implementation of different software systems: Core Insurance Software AdInsure, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and BC.

- In charge of implementation and delivery of big and complex project on Romanian Insurance market which last for 5 years with project budget up to 1,5 million Euro. - Project scope include implementation of Core Insurance Software AdInsure which is integrated with several other Software Systems e.g. SAP and Europe Assistance SAX.
- Working in business analysis department of Adacta, specialized for implementation of software for insurance companies, brokers, banks and other financial institutions. - Successfully completed business analysis projects for 3 international insurance companies in Europe and Adriatic’s region. - Perform business analysis workshops on-site and understand client’s requirements, needs and wants.
- Working in business analysis department of Adacta, specialized for implementation of software for insurance companies, brokers, banks and other financial institutions. - Involved in business analysis projects for international insurance companies in Europe and Adriatic's region. - Involved in preparing and performing of business analysis workshops on-site and doing my best to understand client’s requirements, needs and wants.
