Being a Quality Assurance Manager in a small Software Development Company, making its first experience in a series development project in the automotive industry is a challenging privilege. I am responsible and have the autonomy to develop all ASPICE processes and documentation to be ASPICE CL2 compliant, while also supporting company-wide efforts for the ISO 9001 certification. Inspiring everyone to live the culture of the right choice among the many, is the path I have chosen to achieve the goals for LFT.

As part of my tenure in this position, I developed successful projects such as an On-site QA Model Implementation and successful QA Recovery projects.
