• Work as a team member in "Technology Complaint Management (TCM)" division. • Help to co-ordinate and solve problems related to 2G/3G network. • Involved in creating User IDs and assign passwords for employees in server while having admin rights. • Involved in giving network solution feedback. • Created TCM website using WordPress as CSM(Content Management System). • Data analysis and record keeping of log files. • Call-tester for different corporate clients.
