Benchmark is a Retail specialist executive search and management consultancy firm. We offer retail clients a full suite of services including executive search at mid management to board level, international executive search and consultancy services covering domestic and international retailing, headed up by leading industry figures. As Founder and Managing Director I manage the business, the team and deliver executive level search assignments and corporate intelligence projects.

I established the Retail category within Peoplesearch (boutique franchise of MRI Worldwide (largest search organisation globally)). During this period I developed the research team and established my business unit as the most successful Retail 'desk' in the UK for 2 consecutive years whilst with the company.
