I am managing the team that helps a wide range of Elsevier product teams, such as ScienceDirect, Mendeley and Scopus, to empirically improve their products for the purpose of serving our scientific end-user community better, and accelerating science. We do this by providing the best client-side and server-side analytics tool solutions (e.g. Adobe Analytics) and experimentation methods (e.g. A/B testing), that enable our product teams to improve their products rapidly and with scientific rigorousness.
