Designed, delivered and evaluated a range of agency systems training to mostly medical, pharmaceutical and scientific assessors. Identified £70k cost savings on content and infrastructure development , co-ordinating a series of learning projects including - development of strategic online external MHRA education practices - a cross-agency champions network to help the agency meet key European legislative requirements for transparent data.
