- CONTENT MNGMNT: Project of integration of all the Commission Directorates on a new common Helpdesk, for which existing knowledge has been redefined with new templates and new multilingual contents have been created. - PROJECT MNGMNT: Identification and optimization of the core processes involved in the Helpdesk daily activity.

- COMMUNICATION: Plans to drive clear multilingual communication among 3 services (in Brussels, Luxembourg, Strasbourg). - CONTENT MNGMNT: Creation/Sharing of knowledge and Knowledge Lifecycle Management on 2 different sites. - PROJECT MNGMNT: New communication/knowledge features for the internal clients of the European Parliament. - QUALITY ASSURANCE: Quality of information (in EN/FR) over 2 different platforms. - PROCESS DEVELOPMENT: Tracing/optimizing ticketing processes for Incident Management.

- COMMUNICATION: Materials in different languages introducing the activities of the team to the European Parliament directorates. - PROJECT MNGMNT: Providing customers with new translation tools or functionalities, according to requests and constraints. - PRODUCT MNGMNT: Euro-parliament Translation Portfolio (Translation/Search & Terminology/Document Processing tools). - BUSINESS ANALYSIS: Convergence of the systems/tools in use towards a more coherent and compact structure.

- CONSULTING: Getting project requisites for Customer Base + Prospect Customers scouting. - PROJECT MNGMNT & COORDINATION: Communication/CMS projects, coordinating Developers & Database Admins. - QUALITY ASSURANCE: Software Testing, focusing on Customer Satisfaction. - TRANSLATION: Communication in different languages

- CREATION: Scheduling new business initiatives and products; Rethinking/renovating contents for Internet sites in collaboration with Content Managers. - PROCESS DEVELOPMENT: Getting/predisposing requisites + Tracing Sales processes for new products/systems/features. - MANAGEMENT: Managing Communication/Marketing/Web projects in team or autonomously; Coordinating all steps of a project.

- CREATION: Imagination and project of itineraries throughout Europe, including hotel reservations, bus/plane/train links, timetables of museums and availability of cultural activities - COMMUNICATION: Improvement of online touristic contents and communication with the client. - TRANSLATION: Management of contents in different languages.

- TESTING: Implementation of an optical DWDM network with PMA32 Ericsson; Performance measures and parameters. - MARKETING: Focus on Marketing of Ericsson’s optical portfolio.
