Project manager and contract manager in charge of the Pilot Projects Phare Stat-99 (Statistical co-operation between Phare beneficiary countries and the European Commission) for the European centre for Statistics and Development leader of the consortium and financed by Eurostat (EC). In charge of supervising the project in all the technical, logistic, administrative and financial aspects.

Project Manager in charge of the following countries: Cap-Vert, Senegal and Mali more specifically: In charge of participating actively to the preparatory studies and the formulation process in tight co-ordination with all partners involved and more specifically the local beneficiaries and the consultants recruited for this aspect. More specifically: project supervision missions, final reports, memos, budget follow up, and all communication with field chief project, consultants and all partners involved.
