Lead IT teams active in the development and support of Capital Calculation applications (RWA calculation, Large Exposure reporting).

Lead projects and programs in the Treasury area related to the Recovery and resolution planning for systemically important banks.

- Lead the Swiss VAT20 program (IT and business part) - Manage all aspects of the program from the set-up of the program structure to the conclusion. - Cover a large spectrum of applications changes (more than 50 IT applications) and supervise directly or indirectly more than 100 people in many areas of the bank (Operations, Front Office, CFO, CRO). - Lead weekly meetings with the four workstream leads. - Lead monthly Steering Committee meetings with senior management (managing directors).

Project management and coordination of teams (20 people) Planning, Issues, Risks, Mitigation/Contingency actions identification/Implementation, Task force management Coordination of external vendors/consultants Coordination of other project stakeholders based in Zürich, London, New York, Singapore, Pune and Luxembourg.

Management and planning of the work of a team supporting, and developing Web applications used worldwide within the company. Management of client relationship and analysis of business requirements (Workflows and business processes). Infrastructure migration, release management, test management. Analyse and improve the strategic positioning of the IT application within the bank. Offshoring of the support/development of applications and management of virtual global teams.

• Analysis, support and development of Web applications. • Advise actual and potential customers. • Presentations to internal clients and employees.

• Settlement and troubleshooting for bonds, equities and derivatives on different markets (England, Germany, Italy, France). • Prepare and present an internal training on Bloomberg financial system.
