With the opening up of the French rail market to competition, I joined Transdev as financial leader for the operation of the Regional Train Marseille - Toulon - Nice line. Reporting to the Managing Director and a member of the Executive Team, I am the key player and contact for all financial, legal and purchasing aspects of the company.Main tasks :Mobilization phase:Work in project mode under tight deadlines for the effective launch of the operating phase.Support on all financial aspects, including monthly

• take a leading role in conceptual discussions at the regional level to evaluate needs in financial reporting with PowerBI • develop in the implementation, design of new financial reporting • coordinate training in the LAAM Region (in English, Spanish and French)

(60 million € annual transfer) • take a leading role in the quarterly Liquidity Planning forecast • develop and maintain best financial practices implementation • provide support to the Venezuelan (budget 3.000 K€) and the Colombian (budget 13.849 K€) Associations by reviewing accounts, budgets, business cases, liquidity forecasts, external and internal audits. • take a leading role in conceptual discussions to evaluate needs in financial reporting with PowerBI
