- End-to-end responsibility of all HR related activities within a fast growing Bosch start-up. - Steering HR strategy in collaboration with C-level on hiring goals, employee satisfaction and employee retention. - Management, coaching and personal development of 4 FTEs and 1 intern. - Implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes (recruitment, organizational- and employee development, HR-operations).

Full cycle recruiting for the FlixBus IT department (Engineers, Agile Coaches, People Manager, Data Scientists and Product Owner); Partner with hiring managers to define profiles needed, set up effective hiring processes and strategies; Filling the pipeline through generating applications and active sourcing; Handle the recruiting process from processing applications/candidates to making the offer Conduct interviews; Set up the monthly reporting of the recruiting KPIs for the management team
